Our rates have increased as of Jan. 1st 2021. Please inquire about our updated service price quotes when requesting/booking your appointment.
We have added new Covid 19 protocols into our already implemented, strict safety and sanitation standards. This means all pet pick-up and drop-off will be contactless until further notice. No Clients allowed to enter the Lobby at any time.
We are only accepting credit or debit card payment over the phone and cannot accept cash or checks, at this time.
All communication must be via phone, email or text. Please check your email for appointment status updates, notes and invoices.
We require scheduled Drop-Off and Pick-Up times, so please let us know if you are running late, as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not notified us, you will have to reschedule your appointment.
Please be sure to check your email for the confirmation email after requesting an appointment time.
Sometimes the time requested will need to be changed/updated by our staff so it is very important to wait for your confirmation email confirming your pet’s appointment time.
All Spa Package prices are estimated.
There are many factors that contribute to our pricing structure and actual price may vary according to your Pet’s size, coat type, condition, length and behavior/health. Some breeds are categorized under multiple sizes as some pets are larger than the AKC Breed standard. Our pricing tiers reflect the time it takes to complete the groom and not necessarily the weight/size of the pet.
